How long does it take for the numbers to activate?
After you buy a plan, your account and phone number are immediately active. You can start using Awesome Dial's other services and making calls and sending texts.
What happens if my internet connection is lost?
Awesome Dial relies less on your Internet connection because it is a cloud-based phone system. Your cell phone will continue to receive calls even if your internet connection is terminated if you utilise your mobile phone number as one of your forwarding numbers. As an alternative, you can use your mobile phone's internet connection to run the Awesome Dial's apps. Note that you can only receive calls on your forwarding number if there is no Internet connection.
How good is the call quality?
You'll have excellent call quality on a good Internet connection—better than your carrier, actually. To let you test it out and decide for yourself, we provide a free trial.
What countries can I call and text?
